Yes, we do ship internationally. We strive to deliver our products to customers around the globe. However, please note that additional fees or customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

The delivery time for domestic orders within Kenya typically ranges from 1-3 business days once the order has been processed and shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may cause slight delays.

For international shipments, the estimated delivery time varies based on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Generally, it takes between 7-21 business days for international deliveries. However, please be aware that customs procedures in some countries may result in further delays beyond our control.

Payment

We accept various payment methods including:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email/SMS along with instructions on how to track your package online using our shipment tracking portal.

Orders & Returns

To place an order:

  2. Select the desired product(s) by clicking on them to view detailed information.
  3. Choose your preferred specifications (e.g., color, storage capacity).
  4. Click "Add to Cart" and review the items in your cart.
  5. Proceed to checkout, provide shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

 If you wish to cancel or make changes to an existing order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at sales@imagconnections.co.ke or call our helpline number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

No, it is not mandatory to create an account with us in order to place an order. However, having an account allows for easier tracking of orders and provides access to personalized offers and promotions.

We have a hassle-free return policy in case you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective product. To initiate a return:
  1. All our products are genuine and covered by manufacturer's Warranty. In case of any defect, you cam contact us or visit the nearest service center.
  2. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
  3. Provide relevant details such as order number and reason for return.
  4. Our team will guide you through the return process which may involve sending back the item via courier service or visiting one of our physical store locations depending on availability.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it according to our refund/exchange policies outlined in the Terms & Conditions section on our website.
