2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount paid within 7 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method used during checkout (e.g., credit card or M-Pesa).

3. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer support team immediately at or call our helpline number provided on our website. In such cases:

a) If the item is still in transit or out for delivery:

  • We will place a request with the shipping carrier to intercept the package and return it to us.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) at one of our shop locations and conduct an inspection, we will issue a refund within 7 business days if all return eligibility requirements are met (as outlined in our refunds and returns policy). b) If the item has already been delivered:
  • You may need to follow our regular returns process as per guidelines mentioned in our refunds and returns policy.

Please note that any shipping costs incurred due to cancellation after shipment will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds for Returned and Inspected Items

Once we receive a returned item(s) as per our refunds and returns policy, it will undergo an inspection process at one of our shop locations to verify eligibility for a refund. If the item meets all requirements, we will issue a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
